ACBL members advance through 16 ranks – Rookie (0-5 points) to Grand Life Master (10,000 points) – as they receive masterpoints based on their performance in ACBL sanctioned games.
CBF members participate in three masterpoint races administered by the CBF. These are:
Richmond Trophy: Awarded annually to Canada’s top masterpoint winner.
The Mini-Richmond Awards: These awards recognize CBF members who won the most masterpoints in the calendar year in each of the ranks, up to and including Diamond Life Master (5,000 – 7,500 MP).
Jude Goodwin Trophy: Awarded annually to Canada’s top female masterpoint winner.
