About the Championship
The Canadian National Teams Championship – Flight B (CNTC-B) is a team competition for CBF members with fewer than 3,500 masterpoints as of September 1 of the year in which club play begins.
Eligibility and Registration
Participants must be paid-up members in good standing of the Canadian Bridge Federation.
Teams must pre-register for the CNTC-B and pay the non-refundable round-robin entry fee by the deadline indicated in the event documentation.
History of the Championship
The first CNTC-B was held in 2001. From 2001 through 2019, the masterpoint limit for the event was 2,500 masterpoints.
Trophies and Awards
The winning team is awarded the Jan Anderson Trophy, along with a cash prize and gold masterpoints.
