PDF NOTES:
TO
OPEN A PDF FILE IN YOUR BROWSER
Clicking
on the Bulletin links above will launch your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
It may take a moment or two before the page comes up. Once the
Reader is launched, however, all the files will come up quickly.
If you want to Print an article or Save
it to your disk, click on the printer or disk icon, top left on
your Reader Menu Bar.
We have noticed that opening files one after another can tend
to fill available memory - eventually files will fail to open.
To alleviate this, you could empty your browser cache:
On
the PC, choose Tools --> Internet Options --> General -->
Temporary Internet Files --> Delete Files.
For
MACs, Choose Edit --> Preferences --> Web Browser -->
Advanced --> History - Clear and Cache - Empty Now.
Sometimes a PDF file will simply not open in a user's browser.
If this is the case, you need to save the article directly to
your disc without opening in the browser.
TO
SAVE FILE TO YOUR HARD DRIVE AND OPEN FROM THERE (Without Browser)
On
a PC (Windows): Right click on the desired Bulletin and choose
Save Target As. Choose a location on your drive.
On
the MAC click and hold, then choose Download Link To Disk. Choose
a location on your computer, or simply choose DESKTOP.
