CSTC: Participants must be born in 1950 or earlier. (Must turn at least 59 in 2009)

CIMP: Pre-entry and pre-qualification are not required.

SWISS Teams: Pre-entry and pre-qualification are NOT required.

PRE-ENTRY Instructions:
Pre-entry is required for the CNTC-A, CNTC-B and CWTC National Finals.
Deadline for entering teams in these National Finals is March 15, 2009. The entry must include the following:
Captain's name
Captain's ACBL number
Mailing address for Captain
Phone number for Captain
Email address for Captain or team contact
Names & ACBL numbers for all players on the team
Non-refundable Round Robin entry fee of: $920.00 for CNTC-A; $540.00 for CNTC-B and $740.00 for CWTC.

All team members must be paid up members of the CBF in good standing.
